Job Description:
- Responsible for initiating calls to patients, attending to enquiries through call or email
- Perform registration duties and scheduling appointments for patients
- Provide administrative support in the clinic’s operations
- Assist in data entries and tracking of reports
- Temperature screening & crowd control duties
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor / manager
Requirements:
- Medically fit individuals
- Customer centric individuals
- Able to commit to working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to 3 months’ contract
