Position Profile

The HR Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of administrative functions to ensure the smooth operations of the Human Resource department. Primary responsibilities include providing administrative support for HOV’s recruitment and onboarding functions, providing general administrative support, assisting with HR special events and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment and onboarding functions.
• Greets department visitors and answers calls.
• Provides quality administrative support.
• Assist with HR special events.
• Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills.
• Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ progressive administrative support experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous HR experience preferred.
