As a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide a full spectrum of human resources support to the organization, as well as supporting the Human Resources Manager. You must be eager, curious, and willing to ask questions as well as initiate with day-to-day tasks. You will support offices in multiple states.

Other duties include:

• Provide HR support and consultation; promptly answering employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, closing payroll and general HR information.
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including and not limited to monthly reports, status changes, state required reporting, exit surveys, etc.
• Responsible for training managers on various Insperity applications.
• Onboard our 1099 staff and ensure our contractor information is up to date.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations.
• Prepares personnel files and maintain personnel records in accordance with the law.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping to resolve work related problems.

In this role, it is critical that you always maintain confidentiality. You will work closely with our Insperity HR Team for people and job analysis unemployment and surveys. You will report to the Human Resources Manager.
