Mase Seitz Briggs, P.A. is currently looking for a Legal Receptionist. This position encompasses both receptionist duties as well as assisting with secretarial and other administrative work.

Mase Seitz Briggs, P.A. is a nationally recognized, award winning trial firm focused on admiralty and maritime, serious personal injury, and commercial litigation.

The Position

Qualifications

• Receive all incoming calls
• Expeditiously direct calls to the proper person in the office at all times
• Greet all visitors to the office courteously and offer them refreshments
• Insure that the reception area and main conference room are clean and organized at all times
• Insure that the office is properly closed at the end of the dat to include locking the doors and turnng off the lobby lights
• Accept all incoming deliveries to the office and maintain the incoming delivery log
• Maintain parking validations
• Associating all CM\ECF documents to TrialWorks, and save PDF's in TrialWorks
• Assist any lawyer, office administrator, CFO, or paralegals in any function that can assist the efficient office workflow
• Bilingual - English/Spanish required
