GEICO Insurance of Needham is looking for highly motivated sales agents to work in its busy Needham office. The right candidate will be:

-Personal lines licensed in MA

-Self Motivated to make sales

-Work our existing lead database (No cold calling)

-Work well within a team environment

-Explain and counsel coverages

-Use our proven sales methods to increase sales

We want people looking to make a career in the insurance industry or those looking to make a change to their existing insurance job. Flexible hours, PTO, and benefits are available. We have created a fast paced, high energy, fun work environment and are looking to grow exponentially in 2023.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
