Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking LPN- Licensed Practical Nurses for long term care facility. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of Ohio with at least 1 year of long-term care experience.

LPN- Licensed Practical Nurses Requirements:
- Must have a valid license/certification in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certificate
- Physically able to perform duties
LPN- Licensed Practical Nurses Responsibilities and Duties
- Administers care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision
- Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor
Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
