Job Summary:
The Manager, Artistry Content is responsible for the development of elevated NARS Education and Artistry programs with the overall objective of accelerating artistry skill development and productivity, while driving the Brand’s artistry and selling message. This position works cross-functionally to represent and reinforce the Brand’s artistry perspective and implementation of programs in a variety of mediums.
The role requires strength and delivery of on-camera and in-person presence in a variety of forums and will demonstrate the epitome of skills and knowledge in NARS education, artistry, service, and productivity.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
CONTENT CREATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Develop and produce digital content to spotlight and reflect overall NARS techniques to engage internal and external global audiences in various formats and forms of media and assets.
Concept and create monthly webinar series on digital education platform to strengthen artistry and selling skills for core categories as well as advanced techniques to support launch activations
Develop and define internal social platform content calendar strategy reflective of internal Artist community appetite and education priorities
Maintain high level of awareness of social/digital trends and best practices in artistry and product information
Support Regional and cross functional team requests for elevated artistry digital content

TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Develop and execute succession programing to coach and mentor emerging global talent
Own the evolution of Certification Program, manage updates and expand digital content resources relevant to product assortment and retail environments
Develop and lead artistry mentorship program for high potential Field talent to coach and elevate artistry and digital content skills.

LEND EXPERTISE TO CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
Utilize industry and Field experience to advance global initiatives and programming relevancy
Lead Artist Council to inform Global teams of Field Artist insights across Regions of local trends, consumer behavior, product performance and competitive activities
Develop and own Complexion Database resource to provide accurate feedback of product performance across full range of skin tones
Partner with Executive Director to articulate François Nars’ creative direction to provide meaningful and relevant global artistry direction for product launches, film and brand initiatives.

DEPARTMENT PROGRAMS
Participate and support team programs on an as needed basis including planning, organization and execution of training events, department related meetings and daily operations.
Initiate, plan and present concept/execution plans which define objectives and strategies, capture key learnings for new and existing programs
Present to Global teams during Global Artistry Summits and recurring statuses

Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum 7 years in Retail Cosmetics and selling environments with a proven track record of success
Exceptional artistry skills and on-brand personal presentation
Exceptional communication skills (written and presentation)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong PowerPoint skills
Strong sense of organization and time management
Possess high level of experience with Instagram and or TikTok
Video editing experience
Highly collaborative, flexible, and able to function in a fast-paced environment on a dynamic team
Able to be resourceful and take initiative
Strong ability and comfort with managing multiple, concurrent priorities
Superior attention to detail
Ability to travel 20%

Salary :
$93,480 - $128,535/ year
