Open Positions:

• Fiberglass Laminators
• Assemblers
• Wood Workers
• Patch and Repair

Pay: $20-$21.50+/DOE plus $500 hiring bonus

Shift Hours: 5:00AM to 1:30PM - Monday to Friday

FIBERGLASS LAMINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use rollers to compress fiberglass applied in a spray up application to remove air creating a laminate.
• Move molds to and from designated laminating areas.
• Demold laminated parts from molds and prep molds to be re sprayed.
• Safety and laminating equipment provided.

Assembler

• Apply sealant to parts and fits parts together on bench according to SOP.
• Bolts, screws, and adheres parts together.
• Installs components into final install positions, connecting fittings
• Sets up and operates saws, sanders, and other bench tools.
• Connects electric wires to terminals of sub-assembly.
• Completes assembly on boats

WOOD WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Builds and repairs, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, and trim.
• Replaces damaged wall coverings.
• Builds cabinets and other wooden equipment in carpenter shop
• Other duties when needed

PATCH AND REPAIR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cuts away damaged fiberglass.
• Smooth's edges of painted surface.
• Masks surrounding undamaged surface.
• Cuts plastic separating film and tapes film to outside repair area.
