A medical receptionist is an integral part of a high functioning healthcare team. Doctors, nurses, and other medical and administrative staff members rely on the medical receptionist to create a friendly, welcoming and well-organized front office for patients and to facilitate their flow through the facility. We are seeking a dynamic front end presence, as our client is willing to train an intelligent person with at least one year of customer service or reception/phones experience and a strong history of reliability. In this role, you will be trained to check patients in and out, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurances, collect copays and other related duties. Must be willing to float between 4 different offices in Rochester area: Gates, Irondequoit, Brighton, and Victor.

Salary is up to $20/hour, depending on experience. Salary also includes great benefits: a fully paid health insurance plan, paid time off and a 401K!

The hours are Monday through Friday, as scheduled between the hours of 7:00AM and 7:00PM. You may be asked to work approximately 1 Saturday a month, 8AM-12PM.

Job Requirements:

Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task are a must! A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
