Job Description

The job is to provide support for managed services to client on Microsoft Office 365 services. This role includes managing Exchange online environment, MS Intune and migration from Exchange on-premises to Exchange online.

Key Responsibilities:

Support operation for Exchange on-premise, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft O365 services, administrate O365 services and provide on-going support to clients.

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge and proficiency for Office 365 suite.
  • MS Exchange Online and Exchange on-premise
  • MS Endpoint Manager and MobileIron for mobile devices and laptops/desktop
  • Mobile Threat solution such as MS Defender and Checkpoint Mobile Threat Prevention
  • Date loss protection and Azure Information Protection (AIP)
  • Collaboration tools such as MS teams, Onedrive and Sharepoint online
  • MS Defender ATP & Data Loss Protection (DLP).
  • Azure Active Directory and Azure AD connect
  • Good understanding on TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Strong experience with various SMTP mail hygiene products.
  • Strong experience on-premised Exchange 2013/2016/2019 Server
  • Working knowledge in PKI infrastructure
  • PowerShell scripting skills is added
    Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science, information management or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operational roles.

Experience & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or engineering related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience on O365 suite, Exchange 2013/2016/2019 and email infrastructure related areas.
  • Microsoft O365 suite: Exchange Online, Onedrive, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams Microsoft Azure AD, Azure AD connect, SMT relay, DNS, MS MDM and Mobile Threat prevention.

Other requirements:

  • Certification related to O365 will be advantage
