Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Ophthalmic Technician at Envision Specialty EyeCare and Dry Eye Center. Responsibilities:
● Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient visits.
● Assist optometrists in performing various diagnostic tests and procedures with precision and attention to detail.
● Accurately document patient medical history, symptoms, and medications.
● Provide personalized care to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
● Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain optimal results in the treatment and management of patients' eye conditions.
● Foster meaningful relationships with patients, contributing to their trust and confidence in our care.
● Embrace growth and continuous learning.
● Demonstrate resilience in adapting to changing patient needs and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to obtaining optimal results.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective communication and living out our values.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm.
● Proficiency in using ophthalmic equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
● Prior experience as an ophthalmic technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We value individuals who embody our values and are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
