Job description

The Parts Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, maintaining inventory records, picking and filing orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, dispensing parts and materials to other workers and departments within the company, as well as other duties as assigned.

Cycle City is a family-based business, owned and operated in Rochester, MN since 1965. We sell several major brands of Motorcycles, ATVs, Side x Sides, and Trailers, such as KTM, Honda, Yamaha, CFMOTO, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Genuine Scooter, and Eagle Trailers. We keep a variety of name-brand Parts and Accessories on hand and others available by order, while providing certified mechanical service to our customers and financing options.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact positively with customers and parts representatives, listen to questions and concerns and provide timely responses for superior customer satisfaction
• Create parts orders for customers and internal sales and service requests
• Review special orders and customer orders for accuracy and timeline fulfillment
• Maintain parts inventory and database
• Maintain clear communication between service, sales and parts departments to facilitate parts orders and inventory management

Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be a motivated self-starter
• Basic to mid-level computer program comprehension and skills

Business Hours: T-F 9AM-6PM, SAT 9AM-5PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
