We are looking for a Payroll Advisor to play a vital role in establishing a sustainable Payroll team in our Business Service Operations (BSO) department.

Core Responsibilities

As a Payroll Advisor, you are responsible for delivering a consistent service to all the stakeholders of the BSO. This means to meet expectations and provide a top professional service, incorporating the LEGO values.

Besides this you will be responsible to:

• Run and validate payroll in an outsource model
• Vendor Management
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments
• Continuously look for improvements and come up with new ideas based on new insights

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Kladno and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to build an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.

As part of the LEGO BSO, you will be part of an environment where the focus is on quality, learning and collaboration.

Do you have what it takes?

• 3- 5 years of relevant professional working experience with Payroll processes, preferably with Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand or other APAC countries
• Understanding of HR / Payroll processes
• Understanding of HR policies, legislation and tax rules for Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand or other APAC countries
• Experience from Shared Service Centres is an advantage
• Teammate with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Experience with SAP/ Workday/ ADP Streamline/ Celergo is an advantage
• A collaborative teammate, ability to work in cross functional team environment
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
