Preschool Center Director | Fort Collins

Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Director!

If you’re passionate about positively impacting the lives of others in the world of early childhood education, the Preschool Center Director role might be for you! We have an exciting leadership opening at our beautiful school in Fort Collins at CSU.

Pay range: $55,000 - $63,000, based on experience, education and credentials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies
• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts
• Leverage your business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow your center

Qualifications:

• Must be Large Center Director qualified, according to Colorado Shines credential in PDIS.
• Previous childcare management required.
• Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
