Masis Staffing is seeking to fill 1st and 2nd needs for a Production Line Lead in Milford, NH.

Job Description:

Candidates will be responsible for operation of the line as well as the employees in their zone. This will include but not limited to staffing, training, achieving efficiency standards, insuring a quality product is produced, and achieving scheduled completion dates. Leader will work with the Assistant Supervisor to insure training is achieved, work orders are communicated, setup are completed, and the right tooling and fixtures are on line for the appropriate jobs. They will answer line calls on equipment, responsible for daily, weekly and monthly PMs, ordering and issuing parts. They will work closely with the Maintenance Department during overhauls and rebuilds and be part of the team for Risk Assessment on new equipment. Sets the example for respectful leadership and cooperation and assists in motivating employees to achieve work goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Insure safe work environment by communicating safety requirements, auditing, tracking, providing feedback and corrective actions to employees and management.
• Follow 5s guidelines
• Flexibility to be cross trained and provide assistance where necessary
• Working with the Technician to set up machines and equipment; communicate with Technician to assure timely and accurate retrieval of necessary materials to maintain production levels.
• Maximize line efficiency with minimal direction. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to read / understand MAP as well as deviations if necessary. Ability to organize and monitor work flow while achieving quality, efficiency & daily goals. Maintain/verify line data entry.
• Resolve personnel issues on line by identifying solutions and recommending actions
• Ability to lead & direct all production line operators

Rate of Pay and Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift 6:15 am-4:30 pm Monday- Thursday $19.75
• 2nd Shift 4:15 pm-2:30 am Monday- Thursday $20.75

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.75 - $20.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

• Milford, NH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
