JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

This Program Director position is a new market strategy and execution role within the NY office responsible for the management of internal business projects and programs supporting department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, with strategic and tactical deliverables from development through the design process to completion. The Program Director will be responsible for working directly with the VP, Market Growth and Retention, to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans to support the Member Growth and Community Engagement Group (Sales, Retention, Community Engagement, Plan Marketing, and Growth). The Program Director will ensure alignment of strategy and activities with Enterprise, acting as the subject matter expert, where needed, for the health plan for the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. The New York is a large market with complex membership base within multiple Medicaid product lines of business. Responsible for overall governance across all operational and strategic portfolio of projects. Position is hybrid position with New York City in-office collaboration consistent with current leadership model and as deemed necessary.

Areas of Engagement include, but not limited to:
Strategic program planning for Medicaid choice enrollment, MLTC enrollment, and state specific product plans’ market share growth targets and associated staffing plans to ensures market teams achieve choice enrollment and market share goals; Work with senior group leaders in developing strategic plans and tactical execution including the identification of impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.

Support the development of multi-year retention strategy and initiatives for portfolio of products, leveraging data and ensuring long-term member satisfaction.

Collaboration with group department leads and with other Health Plans and related parties in support of Community Physician/IPA network growth and VBP strategies and tactics to ensure cross departmental alignment.

Development and accountability oversight of Medicaid products forecasting models/cost benefit (ROI) analyses with complete understanding of enrollment and disenrollment ratios, demographics, state and county level enrollment and market data supporting tactical and performance management initiatives

Effective design and presentation of growth strategies, organizational objectives, key priorities, successes, and challenges across the market to local and enterprise senior leadership

Other projects as directed

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: $80,412 - $156,803 a year*
