Day to day you will work with our Team to support project management, installation of elevators & lifts, and field operations. Your growth and professional development will be guided by an experienced team of project management professionals, engineers, and support staff.

PAY:$20-30/hour DOE with Benefits

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• General Project follow up emails and phone calls with Customers and Contractors
• Document interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
• Working with a Team to communicate weekly installation schedules
• Permitting coordination with Cal/OSHA and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
• Filing of electronic documents
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to use a computer and learn database software
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Clean driving record & valid Driver’s License
• A.S. in Architectural Technology, Construction Technology, or Engineering Technology preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Project scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
