Job description
Project Manager (Sherman Oaks)
Duties:
1. Communicate with client directly regarding permits.
2. Submit plans, documents and payments to the city regarding permits.
3. Let clients know about status of their permits and project.
4. Review plans and work together with the expeditor.
5. Attend meetings with the plan checker in person and go over corrections in person.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years experience in processing building permits.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD.
3. Able to read and coordinate architectural, structural and civil plans.
4. Excellent customer service skills, great attitude, ability to work under pressure.
5. Extremely detail oriented.
5. Reliable vehicle and car insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $25.00 per hour/DOE

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
