OnsiteWe are looking for a Project Management professional who develops and manages activities, such as training programs, needs assessments & employee development initiatives through the design and facilitation of creative training events and educational programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, and implement new training processes for functional areas.
- Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
- Work in collaboration with multifunctional area to develop training materials such as: module, test and on the job training.
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on training programs to highlight key trends.
- Monitor’s routine and standardized training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed.
- Support the training needs assessments and plans requirements for workforce development.
- Define and create employee curricula based on job requirements.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of training programs and recommends modifications as necessary.
- Administer and maintain the skills matrix and training database System for the site.
- Marketing available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- Recommend appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
- Technical Schools Coordination
- Training Process Auditing
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidate must be a U.S Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the aerospace/manufacturing industry
- 2-3 years of working experience in Learning & Development, Training or Training design.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Analytical skills
