The Intern would be part of Property and Facilities Section involving & assisting in:

Weekly Management Cluster Walk :

• To coordinate the cluster walk and compile as well as track the defects for rectification by the various departments including other relevant points raised during the walk for further discussion.
• Assist to liaise with respective Managers and verify rectification is carried out.

Meeting with other Stake holders:

• Assist to coordinate meeting / discussion with other stake holders from Stables, Singapore Turf Club Riding Centre for any asset related matters.

Attachment to maintenance Team:

• To be attached to various maintenance teams to better understand asset management and maintenance life cycle management.

Project Title & Description:

• Adhoc project/assignment would be assigned during the internship period for the intern’s learning and development. e.g. collect data for trending and analysis of utilities such as water and electricity.
