Our client, a leading world-class and award winning construction company and developer of some of the most iconic buildings in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as a:

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Estimating and budgeting using the necessary ERP software.
• Development of technical documentation related to the Candy/BuildSmart software.
• Facilitate training courses with regards to the necessary ERP software to other QSs.
• Present Technical product demonstrations.
• Be able to understand the estimation and project cost control process. Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or QS or an industry recognized certification related to the job description.
• In-dept knowledge concerning cost engineering, planning, project cost control.
• Estimator or Quantity Surveyor background required
• MS Office knowledge.
• Project Operations knowledge.
• Candy Estimating and/or Resource Planning Software experience required.
• BuildSmart Software experience highly preferred.
• Civil Construction Industry Background experience is required.
• Require and comfortable with overseas business travel
• Comfortable with deployment to Site Office (if required)
• Good knowledge in Candy/BuildSmart and/or similar systems.
• Costing experience and planning knowledge in civil works industry.
• Good civil construction knowledge
• Time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
