Requirements:

• Goal Driven
• Outgoing with excellent people skills - MOTIVATED, INSPIRED & DRIVEN to make some serious money.
• CA Real Estate License (or desire to get a license)
• Sales skills a plus (but we also offer lots of training)
• Knowledge of Sacramento Area housing and neighborhoods (or the desire to learn)

Please note - a committed, focused, hard working agent in this position can make up to $100,000+ (after splits & minimal expenses) in their first year and much more thereafter.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
