Overview of role


To work closely with the Relationship Managers (RM) to ensure superior client experience by providing excellent administrative and organisational support in all clients related processes. This entails provision of support to the RMs on a broad spectrum of activities. To be the point of contact in delivering exceptional services in processing client orders and dealing with client queries.


Key duties

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution and transaction processing
  • Ensure the operational processes are performed in compliance with the bank’s policy and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support such as travel arrangements, claims expenses, reporting and documentation.
  • Assist in account opening / closing, daily maintenance and follow up on outstanding documentation
  • Assist in PCDD/KYC’s review

Essential Skills

  • CACS Paper 1 & 2
  • At least 3 years working experience in the wealth management sector assisting relationship managers
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative with limited direction within a team environment
  • Good knowledge of Reuters, Bloomberg and MS Office applications

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with basic modelling of private client portfolios
  • Strong analytical skills, willingness to undertake training and to stay abreast of market/industry at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with flexible working hours
  • Enthusiastic approach to work and highly motivated
