Job Description:

• Present 1 to 2 hours prior (based on schedule) to event start time for set up
• Shift: Duration can range from 8-10 hours a day
• Clean and organize venue, restrooms, and kitchen area through out the entire event time – before, during and after for event breakdown
• Restocking, organizing, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down all areas of the facility before, during and after each event
• Breaking down all décor – folding table linens, removing chair sashes, removing candles, breaking down and removing tables/chairs as needed
• Set-up before and during event time
• Set up and move tables/chairs, light candles, preserve and pour water and/or champagne,
• Keep warm and butler pass drinks and hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour
• Cut and serve cake
• Washing and drying dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Assist in dinner service when needed
• Set up, serve, and break down chaffing dishes and food on a buffet
• Be attentive to client(s) and/or guest(s) needs
• Assist the Onsite Coordinator(s) – Michelle and Willie

*This position involved you being on your feet for 8-10 hours per event, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.

*Pay rate starts at $10 per hour, PLUS gratuity. Gratuity is given by your onsite Day of Coordinator from the event client(s).

Professional Attire: black slacks/pants, black long sleeve button down shirt, black vest, and black comfortable non-slip shoes. A clean and pressed look is required for each event.
