We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at prominent big box retailers. Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by actively promoting and selling technology and telecommunications products and services to customers within a retail location.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and specifications of the available products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the technology and telecommunications industry.
Customer Engagement: Approach and engage customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty to drive repeat business and customer referrals.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis, demonstrating a competitive and results-oriented approach.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Maximize sales opportunities by actively upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, and accessories to customers.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of technology and telecommunications products to potential customers.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve collective sales goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Merchandising and Store Operations: Assist with merchandising efforts, ensuring products are displayed attractively and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
Qualifications:
Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within a technology or telecommunications industry.
Passion for Technology: In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and telecommunications products, staying informed about the latest trends and advancements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
