Job Objective: Employee will perform inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with multiple audit guidelines. Correct any non-compliance issues and document corrections according to proper procedures.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: may include all or some of the following tasks: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, lifting, throughout the entire facility as needed and requested. Must continually audit assigned areas throughout shift to be sure all areas have been and are being addressed. Must use written instructions such as Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures(SSOP)to properly maintain a clean and sanitary facility. Must have good attendance because we depend on each other constantly.

Key Competencies: Must be able to work independently and as a member of a Team, be customer and results oriented, have an ability to prioritize work assignments, possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Working Conditions: Working conditions change with each area. Processing room has extreme high temperature in the summer. Packing room has cold conditions. Both hot and cold when working outside depending on the time of year. Areas may be wet, dry or a combination of both. Lifting can be both heavy and light and may require assistance to complete some tasks.

Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED

Position can involve: Bend/Stoop Kneel/Crawl

Squat Reach above Shoulder level Climb/Balance

Walk Lift/ Carry 0 to 50 lbs

Lift/ Carry 51 to 75 lbs

Standing Firm Grasping

Pushing/Pulling Writing/Printing

Twisting/Turning

Environmental Factors: The temperature of the plant depends what time of year it is and can range from +45 to +100 degrees. Fast paced, noisy environment. Dust from flour and excessive noise from running equipment.

1st Shift: 6am-6pm

3rd Shift: 6pm-6am
