• Preparation of SEC filings and footnote disclosures including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, etc.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Work with external auditors during the annual audit process and quarterly reviews.
• Assist with research of technical accounting areas and other significant accounting transactions.
• Assist with the maintenance of the OneStream software for consolidation, account reconciliations, and task management.
• Assist with the review of XBRL tagging in SEC filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting department.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 3-5 years accounting experience with 2+ years from a public accounting firm
• Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SEC disclosure and reporting requirements
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners
• Experience with OneStream is a plus
