Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive supports the Global Marketing Manager and Marketing team by executing Bacha Coffee retail marketing, PR strategies and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Global Marketing Manager on an annual marketing calendar and translate this vision into a coherent retail, F&B, PR, social media strategy which can be implemented in Singapore and overseas.
• Implementation of comprehensive marketing, public relations and social media campaigns that will enhance the brand’s image and positioning within the marketplace and the general public.
• Coordinate with public relations agencies and overseas partners; Review and proofread press releases and interview responses; acting as the brand’s representative with the media; Plan and arrange on-site execution of media hostings and press events; Plan and arrange any media drops locally and overseas; and, manage any PR crises.
• Coordinate with design team to organize items for photoshoot to be delivered to the desired location.
• Review and liaise with relevant teams (internal and external) on all branded materials and ensuring consistent articulation of the brand’s desired luxury image and positioning across the brand’s advertising, print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, listings on wayfinders, signages, brochures, etc.
• Developing strategic marketing partnerships that drive both revenue and increase awareness of the brand through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, negotiation, contract execution and seeing through deliverables.
• Assist in developing creative ideas for social media platforms to ensure active engagement between the brand and social media fans and online customers.
• Support eCommerce team by updating information on the website when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, business management or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with luxury retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills is a must.
• Detail oriented, resourceful and flexible.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is essential to liaise with Arabic speaking associates.
