Arby's Shift Managers

Managers must be 18 years of age or older!

KBP Is looking for an enthusiastic Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager you provide top-notch customer service while collaborating and supporting Team Members working during your shift.

This Arby’s restaurant is independently owned and operated by KBP Brands. • Guide Team Members, ensure operating standards, and train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant.

• Communicate through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.

• Reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.

What are we looking for?

• High School, GED, College, or University Degree Preferred.

• 1 - 2 years of successful, high sales volume, QSR experience.

• Strong communication skills and excellent problem solver.

• Hold a valid driver’s license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage.

Essential Functions

• Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

• Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.

• Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

•Ability to effectively communicate and follow direction.
