Job Description:
- Operation of Food & Beverage outlets at the Singapore Flyer
- Providing excellent F&B service to guests
- Taking orders, serving guests and clearing of tables
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Ensuring outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Able to operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine
- Candidates with relevant working experience in the F&B industry
- Passionate, cheerful, service oriented and an excellent team player
- Enjoy interactions with customers, able to communicate effectively in Basic English or Mandarin with good interpersonal skills (in order to respond promptly to English or Mandarin speaking customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service to our guests/customers.)
- Willing to work rotating shifts, 6 day work week
