Mountain Spruce Landscaping LLC is a growing design and landscape installation contractor in Colorado Springs, Co and the greater Pikes Peak Region.

MSL is looking for Seasonal RELIABLE Snow Removal Shovelers to complete snow removal services for the 2022-2023 Season. Shovelers will work as a unified team under the direct supervision of the Snow Removal Supervisor.

$18 - $20 per hour. We pay after each storm! Opportunities for storm bonuses for hard, reliable workers! Opportunities for flexible, part-time supplemental income!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable transportation to our shop/yard prior to a storm.
• Clean background, MUST be 18 years or older.
• MUST be willing to work as the storm dictates, which can include days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather, MUST provide your own gloves, snow boots and/or snow gear. We will provide all snow removal tools and transportation to/from all locations.
• Able to perform manual labor as required and ability to work for long shifts.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• MUST have RELIABLE and CONSISTENT form of communication (cell phone).

Expectations:

• Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
• Work as part of a team and take direction from both onsite and off site management.
• Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner to include snow shovels, etc.
• Notify supervisor of equipment and material needs.
• Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge
• Being punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
