The consultant is responsible for Support in localization of the SHAPE template to fit the Tax and statutory reporting requirements for the US, Canada and Puerto Rico in the Customer- / Vendor-Master Data Tax requirements in the US and Canada (calculation, posting and reporting) Order to Cash: Focus on billing in the US Accounting: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, GL accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Accounting Purchase to Pay: Focus on payment processes in the US Intercompany processes Expertise: Schindler currently uses the following FI/CO related Software packages to support FI/CO Processes:Taxware, Xactly, Hanse Orga, Taulia, Readsoft and others. Knowledge about these products is an asset Certificatios as SAP Consultant and Finance legal Requirements are mandatory Knowledge of FI/CO integration to logistic modules in SAP (MM, SD, CS) required Detailed responsibilities: Functional specification of tax and legal requirements Support in the evaluation of local FI/CO apps against the Group Solutions and specification of the interfaces where required Support in the specification of interfaces to other local applications Support for data migration in the area of FI/CO Testing together with local key users for acceptance of the solutions Preparation of documentation for end-user training Cross functional alignment with other tracks Personality Communicative ability to listen and negotiate but also argue and push back in a convincing manner Manage and moderate workshops (motivated to perform also escalation meetings and being exposed to the C-Level) Power to push to achieve objectives with a mind to quality in achievement Structured, self-organized, credible and honest
