The Staff Accountant makes an impact by –

• Responsible for reporting and analysis related to co-manufacture invoicing.
• Provide support and back-up to the Staff Accountant responsible for accrual and pricing functions.
• Assist AR Specialists for deduction clearing as needed.
• Monitor incoming Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) purchase order price verification compared to THD price schedules.
• Provide suggestions to improve processes and gain efficiencies throughout the Company.
• Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and Quality.
• Demonstrates the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer.
• Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and a working knowledge of database functions
