City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our expanding team in the Hanford and Visalia area!
For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate street sweeper to sweep parking lots, including curb lines, asphalt entrances, sides, and rear areas of assigned properties.
- Walk the property using a hand-held/backpack blower to clean storefront walkways and areas the sweeper vehicle is unable to reach.
- Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.
- Manually clean grass areas and planters/islands.
- Clear debris from rights-of-ways.
- Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record (3+ years) (Copy of MVR)
- Familiarity with the use of a hand-held/backpack blower
- Strong map reading skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Graveyard shift
- Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-motivated
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. unassisted
- Work Remotely No

- Thursday- Sunday
- 32 hours a week
- Graveyard shift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
