South Buffalo Springs Animal Hospital in South West Las Vegas, NV is looking for one receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-phone lines efficiently
- Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed
- Process client cash, credit card & check transactions
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact
- Handle high volume of clients
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to be confident around pets.
You MUST be able to work weekends, holidays and have a flexible schedule.
