Job Summary:


Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.

The VP, National Accounts is responsible for contributing to profitable revenue growth through successful sales of all programs to prospective Health Systems and GPO’s and maintaining positive relationships with current customers to support future strategic sales
opportunities.

All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:


  • Maintains and develops business across all offerings by establishing relationships at key levels at assigned IDN, GPO and Corporate Account customers
  • Manages and executes business reviews, periodic reporting and audits for each assigned customer
  • Oversees the implementation of new programs and ensures maximum revenue capture
  • Works closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, Pricing and all other relevant departments to identify, strategize, consult, sell and implement service with new and existing customers
  • Communicates regularly with the field sales and operation team and Executive Management on the status and progress of assigned IDN’s and GPO’s
  • Provides direction and support to the ESS team for local groups and systems
  • Performs other duties as required




Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred
  • Minimum of ten years’ relevant experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in high-level, consultative selling
  • Previous leadership and healthcare experience required
  • Medical equipment knowledge strongly preferred

  • Ability to plan, initiate, communicates and execute sales strategies
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge and an understanding of GPO/IDN organizations and their buying process
  • Understanding of the Healthcare industry trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; adapting to current audience
  • Ability to build customized presentations and financial value propositions
  • Follow procedures to ensure quality output
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
