Overall Job Purpose:
“This position is responsible for…” Sample and receive incoming materials and products with focus on chemicals following established procedures and sampling plans to ensure it meets specifications and company standards.
Duties/Responsibilities % of Time
- 1. Sample raw materials, incoming products and finished goods following established sampling plans. 1. 25%
- 2. Receive and tag raw materials in SAP. 2. 25%
- 3. Receive and unload bulk tankers. 3. 15%
- 4. Interface with quality for resamples and raw material extensions. 4. 10%
- 5. Interface with purchasing and production regarding PO issues and production needs. 5. 10%
- 6. Interface with vendors for missing paperwork and Supply errors. 6. 10%
- 7. Unload inbound raw chemicals and components with sit down PIV.
